Having bought a few different types of cloth nappies before our baby was born we were excited to get started with it all, in all honesty bamboo nappies weren't top of the list and it was only because a friend had given us a couple that we then tried them and are so glad we did and promptly purchased this pack! The nappies are amazingly soft and absorbent, they wash really well and are not as bulky as some other types we had tried. Customer service and value for money we feel is pretty good, the only thing that would be good would be to have 6 new wraps/covers rather than just the 4, despite using them for more than one nappy change ( usually 2 changes but we give them a wipe over in between, but if visibly soiled we do change) we find the 4 are not enough so will need to be purchasing more separately. Also just to add, hubby says he finds these nappies easier to change than disposables!!!!!
