Lollipop Guarantee

Lollipop provide a one year guarantee on workmanship and materials on all nappies and accessories providing the goods have been cared for correctly. We require that our nappies and accessories are washed at no higher than 60 degrees, tumble dried only on a low heat and are not placed on or near sources of direct heat for drying purposes. Please use a non biological, powdered detergent free from enzymes, bleaches, dyes, perfumes, whiteners, brighteners or optical enhancers.

This guarantee extends to the original purchaser only and proof of purchase is required at the time of making any claim. If you are having problems with your goods, please contact your retailer. Depending on the nature of the problem you will either be offered a replacement or information to help you use the products successfully. Please note that washable nappies and accessories are subject to constant use and therefore normal wear and tear, leaks and build up of odour are excluded from the terms of this guarantee.  Please remember that most problems can be solved quickly and easily with the right information and support. Pleaes note: this guarantee only applies to goods purchase from Lollipop Baby Products by either direct customers or our retailers. We regret that we cannot extend our guarantee to customers of the previous owners of the Lollipop brand - Lollipop Children's Products Ltd.
